She was predeceased by: her brother Shirley Perry. She is survived by: her children, Jody Howard of Marlow and LeAnn Spangler (Larry) of Tuttle; her great grandchildren, Evie Spangler, Addison Spangler, Preece Spangler, Slayton Spangler, Jackson Howard and Austyn Spangler; her uncle Jerry; her aunts, Dorothy Moser, Loretta Moser and Mary Ann Moser; and also Butch. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, numerous cousins.
