He is survived by: his parents, Robert Ballew and Cindy Ballew of Cookson; his wife Shelly Renee Ballew; his daughters, Lyla Rose Ballew and Mikayla Ray Ballew; his mother-in-law Vicky Glover; his brother James Ballew of St Louis; his brothers-in-law, John Conner, Stephen Conner, David Conner of Langley and Daniel Post; his nephews, Branden Hawkins and Jacob Conner; and his niece Lilly Jo Conner. He is also survived by cousins, uncles, and friends.
