She is survived by: her grandchild Raylynn Storm Crouch; her child Raylynn; her husband Chantz Crouch; her brothers, Terry Evans of Bridge Ceek, John C. McKnight Jr. of Ada and David P. McKnight of Ada; and her grandmother Dorene Cryder of Arizona. She is also survived by Four nieces, and a host of other relatives and friends.
