We are sad to announce that on October 23, 2019, at the age of 93, Billy Ragsdale (Tuttle, Oklahoma) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William E. Ragsdale and Ellen Marie Ragsdale (Whitener); his wife Irma Lois Ragsdale (Garrison); his granddaughter Erica Ann Ragsdale; his great grandchild Marcus Stefan Waitman; his siblings, Laura Faye Testerman and Mac McKinney; and his son-in-law Bob Waitman.
He is survived by: his sister Elsie Ruth Oltmanns of Crescent, Oklahoma.; and his children, Donna Waitman of Ryan, Oklahoma., Kenneth Ragsdale (Vicki) of Tuttle, Oklahoma, Pat Ragsdale (Stacy) of Tuttle, Oklahoma and David Ragsdale (Sharon) of Meeker, Oklahoma.. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
