She was predeceased by: her parents, Dwain Mosby and Rosalea Mosby (Blagrave); and her son Bobby Cook. She is survived by: her children, Bert Jr. (Caitlyn Cook), Justin Cook (Ashley Vannaman), Mike Cook of Turpin, OK, Mary (Brian Boyles) and Kimberly (Josh Jones). She is also survived by 15 Grandchildren, 2 sisters and a hand full of nieces and nephews.
