He is survived by: his children, Gaylen Plunk of Oklahoma City, Mike Miller, Robin Miller of Enid, Glenda Willard, Gerald Willard of Maryville, Pam Ichiyasu of Salina, Vicki Burch of Buda, Kay Jackle, James Jackle of Turpin, Paula Bales and Jerry Bales of Guymon; his siblings, Rondal Plunk, Leslie Plunk of Wichita, Terry Plunk, Mary Jane Plunk of Bartlesville, Norma Rook, Earl Rook of Liberal, Doneva Jean and Randy Parr of Houston; and his brother-in-law David Clampitt of Llano. He is also survived by grandchildren and sixteen great grandchildren.
