He was predeceased by: his parents, Zelner Polf and Anna Polf (Epp). He is survived by: his wife Rita Kay Murray of Alva; his sons, Jeffrey Polf of Orlando and Zelner Polf (Andrea) of Medicine Lodge, Kansas; his brother Dewey Polf (Sherrilyn) of Tyrone; and his grandsons, Kaden Polf and Liam Polf. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.

Memorial contributions may be made through the funeral home to the Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation for research into Essential Tremors.
