He is survived by: his parents, Jimmy Dale Jr. and Melissa Ellen Smith (Preheim); his wife Ashleigh Erskin of Tupelo, OK; his children, Jeramyah Smith, Malakhy Smith and Kaycee Smith; and his sisters, Stacy Smith of Tupelo, OK, Tarlisa Baldwin (Jeffery) of Tupelo, OK, Stacy Peddy and Along. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins & many dear & loved friends.
