He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jack Palmer and Leatrice Palmer (Ware); his daughters, Marie Palmer of Tupelo, OK, Kaylea Palmer and Victoria Palmer of Tupelo, OK.; his sister Diana Dobson of Stonewall, OK.; his nieces, Kelli Palmer (Ian Jorgeson) of Dallas, TX, Michelle Henderson and Kristy Dobson of Wagoner, OK.; his nephew Israel Pickens (Michelle); and his siblings, Gerry Palmer and Vickie Pickens.
