Yasuko Lindsay Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Yasuko Lindsay in Tulsa, Oklahoma, who passed away on April 16, 2025 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Yasuko leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Senko Taira and Tsuru Taira. She is survived by: her husband Don Lindsay; her sister Kiyoko Taira; her children, Naomi Lindsay (Bob Stubbs), Doug Lindsay (Betsy Kimball) and Don Lindsay; and her grandchildren, Marisa Stubbs and Kyle Stubbs. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Fitzgerald Southwood Colonial Chapel (3612 E 91st St, Tulsa, OK 74137). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
