He is survived by: his sons, Mark Wayne Creasy and Ryan Wayne Creasy of Los Angeles; his wife Martha Buchanan of Tulsa; his daughters, Janet Creasy of Tulsa and Rebecca Creasy Simcoe of Tulsa; his grandchildren, Michael (Tania Creasy) and Melissa (Corey Cox); and his great grandchildren, Rhylinn Finley and Kai Cox of Tulsa.
