Tracy Lee left this world on January 25, 2025 at the age of 78, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his parents, Dan Carter and Oleta Carter (Taylor); and his sister Sherylen Adams. He is survived by: his wife Carol Bitting; his children, Jeff Carter (Brooke) and Melissa Siemens (Chris); his grandchildren, Lily, Harper, Micco (Audrey), Angel, Brent, Clara and Katie; his great grandchild Hope; his brother-in-law Bill Adams; and his father-in-law Walter Hall (Erma).
A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Harvard Avenue Christian Church (5502 S Harvard Ave, Tulsa, OK 74135).
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to Harvard Avenue Christian Church endowment trust.
