He is survived by: his girlfriend Connie Willoughby; his daughters, Heather Rose Sperry (Mark) and Kellie Jean Warren; his grandchildren, Taylor Lois Taylor, Blaine Evan Thomas Warren and Sarah Rebecca Duncan; and his sisters, Elaine Cox and Debbie Cawthorne.
