He was predeceased by: his parents, Jeanette MacKenna and Leon J. MacKenna; his parents-in-law, Nolin and Manuel Domenech; and his brother-in-law Richard Rodgers.
He is survived by: his wife Lynnette MacKenna; his son Patrick Brian MacKenna; his grandchildren, Elizabeth MacKenna Clements (Ben), Patrick Jr. MacKenna (Mack) and Mary Katherine MacKenna; his sister Kathleen; and his siblings-in-law, Darrell Martin, Indra Rodgers, Lisette, Brad Coston, Lisa, Tony Domenech and Jasmine Lammons. He is also survived by Many nephews and nieces.
A celebration of life was held on Sunday, January 5th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Five Oaks Lodge (528 East 121st St S, Jenks, OK 74037).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Humane Society of Tulsa or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
