Smith of Port Orchard, Washington.; his brothers, Jimmy Smith of Nowata and Kenneth "Eddie" Smith (Natasha) of Coffeyville, Kansas; his grandchildren, Blake, Julia, Kinley and Kason Smith; and his children, P. O. Box and D. C..
