He was predeceased by: his parents, Sandra "Pat" Mack and Samy Mack, Sr.; his brother Richard Mack; and his grandparents, Henry, Ruthie Fox, Corry and Henrietta Mack.
He is survived by: his wife Angela "Ann" Mack; his children, Jajuan Bryant, Samuel Mack, Jr., Courtney Mack, Kemetric Bryant, Ayanna Love, Ashanti Mack, Aaron Givens, Eric Givens and Amari Mayfield; and his siblings, Gwendolyn Lawton, Samette Britt (David), Tyna Barnett, June Mack-Smith, Samy Mack, Jr. and Thomas Mack. He is also survived by his 15 grandchildren, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Keith D. Biglow Funeral Directors, Inc. (1414 N Norfolk Ave, Tulsa, OK 74106). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Remembrance Metropolitan Baptist Church (1228 W Apache St, Tulsa, OK 74127).
