He was predeceased by: his parents, Florence Williams (Brecht) and Roger Milton Williams; his wife Vernie Williams; his daughter Leanna Denise Williams; and his sisters, JoAnne Carlson and Regina Wendte.

He is survived by: his son Tom Williams; his grandchildren, Reagan Williams and Ryan Williams; and his sister G. Jeannette Mathies.
