He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Donald Merrill and Omega 'Prudy' Bones (Ortwein); his wife Alice Bones; his children, Amanda Weiss (Kevin), Emily Freise (John) and Whit Bones (Jameelah); his grandchildren, Andrew Bones, Mackenzie, Camryn Weiss, Owen, Bennett, Stella Freise, Lewie and Jackie Bones; and his siblings, Donna Waller (Bob), Patrick Bones and Mike Bones (Becky).
