He is survived by: his wife Claudette Nelson; his children, David Nelson of St. Paul, Gregory Nelson (Dana Forrest) of Hilo and Bernadette Givens (Dwayne) of Chouteau, Oklahoma; his siblings, Jean Ann White of Minneapolis, Linda Ryan of Brainerd, Debbie Koerner (Lowell) and Terri McGregor (Jim) of Duluth, Minnesota; his grandchildren, Kelly, Alexis, Breanna, Lakota, Erin, Alex, Ashley, Sabrina, Andrew, Shannon, Joshua and Amber; his great grandchildren, Avery, Landon, Kade, Daniel, Alyssa, Connor, Leilani, Liam, Theodore, PJ, Aria, Noah and Jasmine; his great great grandchild Dayson; and his friends, Jan Schaefer, Jack, Jr. and Dee. He is also survived by many friends and extended family.
