He was predeceased by: his parents, Hector Otero and Fily Otero; and his siblings, Bill, Hector, Eddie and Gladys.
He is survived by: his wife Dottie; his children, Stephen (Julie) and Valerie (Kirk); his grandchildren, Ryan Jennemann (Jairia Pass), Seth Jennemann (Lizzie) and Carly Jennemann (Jacob Broyles); his great grandchildren, Rylee, Aizen, Ella, Lola, Xavier and Charlie; and also Valerie.
