She was predeceased by: her parents, Grace Martha Butcher (Fisher) and Bill Butcher; and her brother John Charles Butcher. She is survived by: her husband Roger Carter; her daughter Kelli (Josh); her grandchildren, Mazie, Luke and Isla; and her siblings, Bill (Kimberly) and Susan (Craig). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and many other relatives and friends.
