She was predeceased by: her parents, Phillip Howard and Chrystal McKee (Woolsey); and her husband Johnnie F. Evans. She is survived by: her children, Karyn Chambers Canipe (Brad) of Dallas, TX, Phillip Evans of Claremore, OK, Kevin Evans (Molly) of Tulsa, OK and Christopher Evans of Tulsa, OK. She is also survived by six grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Memorial Park Cemetery Chapel (5111 S Memorial Dr, Tulsa, OK 74145). A reception was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Moore's Southlawn Chapel (9350 E 51st St, Tulsa, OK 74145).
