A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 at 2:30 PM at the Life Church (890 W 81st St, Tulsa, OK 74132).
Phillip's family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Brain Injury Recovery Foundation, an organization dear to Phillip's heart. This Foundation was started by Phillip's brother, Chris, after he suffered a Traumatic Brain Injury in 2016.
