He is survived by: his children, Michael Seth B Harjo (Madison) and MaeKayla Sue B Harjo; his granddaughters, Braxley Raye B Harjo of Sapulpa and Bella Reign B Harjo of Sapulpa; and his siblings, Thomas Wayne B Harjo of Wilson, Sam B Harjo Jr. (Keri) of Choctaw, Jennifer Edwards of Broken Arrow and Marsha Tom (Kelly) of Okmulgee.
