She was predeceased by: her parents, Emeric Gaspard and Lena Gaspard; her siblings, Lou, Emeric and Marshall; her husband Arthur B. Barber, Sr.; her son Bryan Kelton Barber; and her grandson Jaron Barber.
She is survived by: her children, Sheredith A. Grant (Patrick) and Arthur B. Barber II (Lynette). She is also survived by sixteen great-grandchildren.
