He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Nixon and Willa Nixon; his former wife Martha Elaine Nixon; his brother Russell Nixon; and his sister-in-law Patricia Nixon.
He is survived by: his wife Riletta Nixon; his daughters, Cyndi Nixon Kernan (Mike) of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Ava James of Muskogee, Oklahoma and Tammy Huitt of Oktaha, Oklahoma; his siblings, Colleen Bethell of Tulsa, Oklahoma and Harold Nixon of Bixby, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Rob Huitt, Riley Huitt, Eli Huitt, Stavery James and Staden James; and his sister-in-law Jean Nixon of Broken Arrow.
