With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Norma Jean Gonzales (Tulsa, Oklahoma), who passed away on June 7, 2023 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Hawkins and Bertha Hawkins (Rhodes); her close friend Wayne Hanson; and also Santos Gonzales. She is survived by: her spouse Santos Gonzales May; her daughter Carolyn Jo Carmical (Bob); her grandson Robby Carmical (Makayla); her great grandchildren, Wyatt of Grove, OK, Elam of Grove, OK and Elsie of Grove, OK; her stepgrandchildren, Sherrie Scoggins of Claremore, OK and Bobby Lee Scoggins (Jackie) of Chouteau, OK; her stepgreat-grandson Colton; her stepgranddaughter Carrie Keller (Adam) of Coffeyville, KS; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Cade, Conner, Ronnie and Emyri of Grove, OK; and her niece Judy Orava of Missouri.
