Visitation was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM at the Jack's Memory Chapel (801 E 36th St N, Tulsa, OK 74106). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the North Peoria Church of Christ (2217 N Peoria Ave, Tulsa, OK 74106).
