He was predeceased by: his daughter Elizabeth Baker; and his siblings-in-law, Tony and Dorothy Baine. He is survived by: his wife Becky; his daughters, Jessica Baker-Collins (Kyle Collins) of Broken Arrow and Paige Baker (Michael Brumley) of Jenks; his granddaughters, Spencely and Reece Collins; and his sisters, Sara Fagan Dallas (Kevin Fagan) and Susan Bolerjack Broken Arrow (Gerald Bolerjack). He is also survived by Numerous brother and sister in-laws, nieces, and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Diabetes Association and Anthem Service Dogs.
