He was predeceased by: his parents, Roosevelt Manning and Dorothy Manning (Patterson); and his grandparents, Zeke, Nellie Manning, John and Bertha Patterson.
He is survived by: his siblings, Stevie Manning of Porum, OK, Rosalie Dye (Mike) and Cheryl Stevens of Oklahoma City, OK.; his nieces and nephews, Caleb Dye, Brian Stevens, Brent Stevens of Oklahoma City, OK., Angela Dye, Lisa Dye and Cindy Dye of Oklahoma, OK.; and his uncle Ray Patterson of Tulsa, OK.
