He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Ratzlaff and Elsie Dirks Ratzlaff; and his siblings, Merrell Maynard, Gerald Dean, Chester, Melvin, Milford, Joyce Koehn and Virginia Koehn.
He is survived by: his siblings, Glenda Ryan of Newton, Kansas, Virgil of Scott City, Garry of Newton, Delbert of Grove, Michael of Russellville and Galen of Scott City, Kansas..
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, February 23rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Eastland Baptist Church (1835 S 129th E Ave, Tulsa, OK 74108).
The family requests any memorial donations be made in his name to Eastland Baptist Church Missions.
