Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 from 10:30 AM to 8:00 PM at the Jack's Memory Chapel (801 E 36th St N, Tulsa, OK 74106). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
