He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Vernon and Sharon Lee; his brother Zachary W. Lee; and his aunt Jan-Jan. He is survived by: his parents, Kevin W. Lee, Sr. and Teresa Lee (Reynolds); his brother Kerry W. Lee; and his grandparents, Tony and Suzie Atwell of Collinsville. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
