It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kay Frawley Duffy (Tulsa, Oklahoma), born in Washington, District of Columbia, who passed away on July 21, 2021, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James D. Frawley and Bette Frawley Frazee (Gartner). She is survived by: her son J. David Duffy; her daughter-in-law LaDonna Taylor; her grandchildren, Cian Duffy and Niamh Duffy of Park Ridge, IL; her sister Linda Stephenson; her brother-in-law E. J. Stephenson of Tyler, TX; her nephew James Stephenson of New Orleans; and her brother David Frawley (Svetlana Shabanova) of New York City.
