With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joseph McRuiz Jr. of Tulsa, Oklahoma, born in Athens, Texas, who passed away on September 8, 2023 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jose McRuiz and Refugio Solorio McRuiz; and his son Vincent. He is survived by: his wife Madeline Crooks of Mt. Pleasant; and his children, Michael of Tulsa, Marsha Gorham of Rowlett, Texas, Teresa Robinson of Severna Park, Maryland, Stephen of Murfreesboro, Tennessee and Michelle of Albuquerque. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
