He was predeceased by: his parents, James William Thomas (Tommy) and Mary Jane Quinn Thomas; and his siblings, James William, Jr. and Patti Gail Thomas Hill. He is survived by: his niece Abby Elizabeth Hill (Scott Shepherd) of Springdale, Arkansas; his nephews, John Matthew Thomas (Penny) of Owasso, Oklahoma, Jeremy David Thomas (Alica) of Culver City, California, Andrew Michael Thomas of Tulsa, Daniel Lee Thomas of Boley and Brady Thomas Hill of Muskogee, Oklahoma; his great-niece Madeline Sue Thomas of Owasso; his great-nephew Brandon Matthew Thomas; and his brother Terry Michael Thomas (Lisa Holt Thomas) of Sand Springs, Oklahoma.. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews and friends far.
