He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Winters and Mildred Winters (Thacker). He is survived by: his brother Donny Winters; his wife Karleen; his children, Neila Chaney and Steven Winters; his son-in-law James Chaney; and his grandsons, Greg and Steven Chaney.
A graveside service was held on Friday, December 27th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM at the Memorial Park Cemetery (5111 S Memorial Dr, Tulsa, OK 74145).
