With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jerry Dean Hancock in Tulsa, Oklahoma, who passed away on February 21, 2025 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Roma Otho Hancock and Hazel Louise Hancock (Anderson); his wife Diana Sue Hancock; and his siblings, Shirley Stephenson, Wanda Willhite, Ray, Romie and Leon Hancock Bill Willhite of Broken Arrow.
He is survived by: his children, Jerry Dean Hancock Jr., FiancÃe Wanda Knight of Tulsa, Gifford Barnett of Tulsa, Brenda Oates (Frank) of Berryhill, Sandra Hancock (Randy McDevitt), Glenda Bogart of Sand Springs and April Barnes (Paxton) of Sand Springs; his grandchildren, Jeremy, Taylor, Randa, Paul, Mackenzie, Bradley, Sarah, Luke, Blake, Sierrah, Jackson, Memphis, Ryder, Zac, Kylee, Landyn and Avery; and his great grandchildren, Ryann, Piper, Maxim, Reese and Shelby. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM at the Mark Griffith Memorial Funeral Home - Westwood Chapel (4424 S 33rd W Ave, Tulsa, OK 74107). A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Memorial Park Cemetery Chapel (5111 S Memorial Dr, Tulsa, OK 74145).
