He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Kerry S. Mouser and Linda Potucek (Barcelon); his children, Christian Roy of Winfield and Amanda Mouser of Enid, OK; his sister Misty Mouser-Lauffer of Oxford; his grandchildren, Dawsyn Mouser, Izaiah Mouser and Malakhi Mouser; and his son Shawn Roy. He was also cherished by his children, grandchildren, nieces, and his mom.
