She was predeceased by: her parents, Forrest Johnson and Audrey Johnson. She is survived by: her daughters, Lori Lyn Faulkner and Jodi Fowler Jayne (Andrew); her grandchildren, Jantzen Faulkner, Evelyn Jayne and Ben Jayne; her siblings, Larry Johnson, Brent Johnson and Connie Oakley (Curtis); her niece Angela Hammond (Jeff); and her nephew Tommy Oakley.
