He is survived by: his wife Jenny K. Neel Mayoza; his daughter Kimberly Ayres; his granddaughter Lindsay; his daughter Catherine Norman (Blair Norman); his grandchildren, Savannah and Jackson; his daughter Cameron Raleigh (Chuck Raleigh); his granddaughters, Megan and Rebecca; his son James Clarke Mayoza, Jr.; his grandsons, Jonathan Robert Mayoza (Lisa Mayoza) and Evren; his stepson James H; and his grandchildren, Ahni, Asher, Emme, Jacob, Hudson, Ellie and Piper. He is also survived by three great grandchildren.

A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, March 12th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Saint Bernard of Clairvaux Parish (4001 E 101st St, Tulsa, OK 74137).

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Oklahoma Dementia Care Network at ouhealth.com or Lab Rescue of OK, Inc., website labrescue.net.
