He is survived by: his parents, James Carrol and Janice Raye Luckenbaugh Hodge of De Queen, Arkansas; his wife Lucy Hodge of Tulsa, Oklahoma; his son Christopher Allen Hodge of Chickasha, Oklahoma; his grandson Christopher Allen Hodge II of Tulsa, Oklahoma; his sister Terri Lynn Anders (Ron) of Tulsa, Oklahoma; and his nieces, Amanda Gail Hernandez of Tulsa and Selena Michelle Perez of Tulsa. He is also survived by other family member and friends.
