She is survived by: her daughter Morgan Page Ballou; her grandson Rhys Ballou; her siblings, Sheryl Carmack Sallee of Ponca City, Reid Carmack of Ponca City and Paula Carmack Denson of Oklahoma City; her niece Kelly Denson Goebel (Tony); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Kelsey Goebel Henry (Blake) of Oklahoma City, Lauren of Oklahoma City and Emma Goebel of Oklahoma City; her niece Susie Carmack Manning (Chris); her great-niece Rose Ware; her nieces, Cindy Goddard McCullough, Claire Goddard (Lance) and Shawn Ortiz (Raymond); and her nephew Kevin Carmack. She is also survived by many other great-nieces, great-nephews, and beloved cousins.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Stanley's Funeral and Cremation Service (3959 E 31st St, Tulsa, OK 74135).
