He is survived by: his wife Jimma Provinsal; his brother Raymond; his children, Howard Provinsal Jr., Sarah Adair (Sean), Manon Taylor (Shawn) and Dawn Whitlatch-Crooks (Charles); his grandchildren, Brittany Carter, Colton Carter, Xaviara Snider, Sierra Adair, Seann-William Adair, Mark Cooper Provinsal, Taryn Reynolds and Ashleigh Foster; and his pet Bella. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
