Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 8:00 PM at the Jack's Memory Chapel (801 E 36th St N, Tulsa, OK 74106). A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
