He is survived by: his wife Tama Chadwick; his children, Candi McClellan (Russ), Brian Chadwick, Sr., Steve Chadwick, Havus Chadwick, III and Mitchell Chadwick; his grandchildren, Jeremy Willis, Whitley Royals, Brian Chadwick Jr., Joshua Chadwick, Toby Chadwick, Lance Chadwick, Payzley Chadwick, Alex Chadwick, Bradley Capaldo, Alexxis Chadwick, Cruz Chadwick, Cadyn Chadwick and Havus Chadwick IV; his siblings, Everette Chadwick (Emily), Diane Wood, Faye Holton (Harry) and Angie Porter (Raymond); his mother Evelyn Fender; and his father-in-law Johnny Gomez. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
