He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Oscar and Rebecca Lorene Manes. He is survived by: his wife Melissa; his uncle Bobby Zettler of Alpharetta, GA; his brother Steve (LeAnn) of Broken Arrow, OK; and his brothers-in-law, Tony Caldwell (Sharon) of Oklahoma City, OK, Greg Caldwell (Shonda) of Duncan, OK, Ken Slavick (Cindy) of Huntsville, TX and John Slavick (Julie) of Springfield, MA. He is also survived by one niece, eight nephews.
