He is survived by: his pet Spanky; his siblings, Doug Thompson (Phillis) of Catoosa, OK and Jeanne Ash (John) of Catoosa, OK; his niece Crystal Olsen (Craig) of Tulsa, OK; his nephews, Phillip Thompson of Catoosa, OK and John Ash; his great-niece Jordan Fowler (Hayden) of Owasso, OK; and his great-nephew Blake Leonard of Owasso, OK. He is also survived by cousins, extended family and friends.
