He is survived by: his wife Carrol Lynn Smith; his children, Greg Creason (Stacy Sallman Creason) of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Amber Creason of Sand Springs, Oklahoma, Cassandra Smith of Albuquerque and Brian Smith (Joanna Sammons Smith) of Portage, Indiana; his brother Gordon Creason of Tulsa, Oklahoma; his son-in-law Brandon Hughes of Sand Springs, Oklahoma; and his grandchildren, Henry Smith, Ely Taylor, Owen Taylor, Augie Smith, Ruger Hughes, Rosco Hughes and Rosie Smith. He is also survived by many friends and extended family.
