He was predeceased by: his parents, Ezra Carroll Harp and Edna Naoma Harp (Bogle); and his siblings, Martha Harp, Nancy Ruth Harp, Maggie Boyer of Virginia and Louis Leon Harp.
He is survived by: his siblings, Carroll Jane Gourd of Holdenville, OK, Naomi J. Yalch of Tulsa, OK, Mary Elizabeth Haning of Norman, OK, Emmett Ray Harp of Langley, OK and Stephen J. Harp (Sharon) of Langley, OK. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and family members.
